# 2fa error

 * I have 2fa active in ADMIN ACOCUNT. I alsow want to activate it in the SHOP MANAGER
   accounts. but whenever I activate it and try to login using SHOP MANAGER ACCOUNT
   this is the error message:
   “2FA is required to be active on your account. Please
   contact the site administrator.”It is already active. What does this mean?

 * but i dont have any problem with the ADMIN account. so there cant be any discrepancy
   on the time since the 2fA codes works on my admin acocunt
