 * I am not able to activate 2fa plugins. It is showing the error : Plugin could
   not be activated because it triggered a **fatal error**.

 * To help us understand what’s going on, could you please let us know:
    - The **PHP version** your site is running
    - The **WordPress core version**
    - The **WP 2FA plugin version** you are installing (is it the latest 3.0.0?)
 * Also, whenever a fatal error occurs, WordPress generates error logs that are 
   essential for us to see what happened. Could you enable debug mode and share

   on how to do that.
