Rename the folder ..\wp-content\plugins\security-malware-firewall (files can be accessed via the hosting panel). This deactivates the plugin. 2. Log in. 3. Rename the folder back, activate the plugin. 4. Check if the error persists: log out and log in again. Did the 2fa code arrive and were you able to log in? I had to turn off the 2FA otherwise I can no longer get into the site.
