2FA No Longer Working

    As requested, I am creating a new top about this when I originally mentioned I had the same problem in https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/2fa-not-working-since-7-6-2/

    If 2FA is enabled I cannot login successfully. After entering the login and password I am shown the 2FA box. When I enter the 2FA code it just takes me back to the login/password page despite the 2FA code being correct.

    I use Authy for 2FA and I am only experiencing this 2FA problem with Wordfence.

    Hi @codlet, sorry to hear that 2FA hasn’t been working for you.

    I have a suspicion that this is related to an update we are releasing soon where hitting return/enter may work successfully but clicking the login button displays the behavior you’re seeing – being returned to the Login page without explanation. This isn’t necessarily happening for all customers but it seems consistent with your description.

    Could you try signing in again but pressing return after typing your password rather than using the button?
