2FA time difference, browser vs. server

    We currently have 2FA set up for five people, one of whom is unable to log in. Her browser time is 26 seconds off from the server time, while the others are more-or-less in sync. Is this issue typically solved by re-syncing the date-time on the local device? Or could there be other factors at play?

    Hi @philsager,

    If the 26 second offset is only for one user out of 5, it’s highly likely that the server time etc. are all correctly aligned. It could be as simple as the user re-synchronizing their operating system’s time, such as using the “sync now” button in Windows.
