 * how to make it ?
 * I want to have 3 different firms (x,y,z trained in the same time) so 3 separate
   groups: people / lessons / tests. So X people from X firm see only X lessons 
   and X tests.

 * That’s not something that can be done with Sensei LMS alone. You may be able 
   to use a membership plugin or something like Groups to set that up:
