 * i am very new in here. so i know very limitly.
 * 1- i wanna seem the names(autors) on homepage
    2- i wanna add “Read More…” (i
   looked at the site but i dont undersstand anything.) 3- we have 5 admin but only
   i am the full admin.

 * I cant really help you for number 1. I would say try various themes for your 
   blog and decide there

 * System32, you have to give more details – e.g. a link to your blog – to get some
   help.
    2. For “read more” you just have to click on the “more” button in the 
   admin panel > Write > Write Post (above the textarea) to insert the more quicktag
   where you want to break the text. 1. What theme are you using? Many of them have
   that feature. If not, you have to add the [Template_tags/the_author](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/the_author)
   tag into the code of your index.php of the theme. 3. What’s the question?
