# 3.6 Menu Problems

 * The new custom menu page shows an empty menu. My custom menu still shows on the
   front end but the back end does not sow a custom menu. If i try to add a new 
   menu item to the empty menu I get a 500 error.
 * my log file shows this:

   ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request function

 * Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with **
   all** plugins deactivated?

 * I have the gantry plugin and the problem goes away when disabled.
