Register Plus to automatically include subscription to phplist

    I need users to register for a site and sign-up for the mailing list at the same time.

    That is possible thanks to the WordPress PHPList Dual Registration – The modified version by Dukessa does the trick.

    The problem is that I want more fields and users to choose their own password. Register Plus makes that easy.

    Unfortunately there is a conflict because the PHPlist dual registration is overriding the user notification emails.

    Any ideas how to use both of these plugins? The dual registration plugin is fairly basic, including those features in Register Plus would be brilliant.

    I have the same request. Would it be possible to include a check box on the register page where the user can opt to subscribe to a mailing list?
