# 4.0 – "Preview" Draft Post goes to "Page Not Found"

 * Just upgraded yesterday morning to 4.0.
    Now drafting a post and I’m unable to
   preview the post using any of the 3 buttons” permalink/view post, Draft /preview
   or on Posts page/preview.
 * I get the following message on the blog page: Page Not Found
 * I have tried deactivating all plugins — the same thing: Page Not Found
 * Anyone having the same issue and any help on how to fix??

 * additional info–while the page goes to Page Not Found the page url reads:
    nameofmysite/?
   p=2297&preview=true

 * Hello,
 * since there seems to be so many issues with wp 4 —
    is anyone having this same
   problem? I;m not finding much in the way of a solution when searching.
 * also,
    when i try to preview or switch themes to 2014–dashboard says session 
   expires i have to log in again and when i do it says successuful and then the
   same log in prompt appears again. thank you

 * Are you using any sort of caching plugin, or do you see a “Clear/Purge Cache”
   button in your Dashboard or admin bar? If so, would you please try clearing the
   cache?
 * If that doesn’t work, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue,
   reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
 * If neither of those make a difference, try re-saving your permalink structure
   at Settings/Permalinks in your admin panel. If WordPress cannot automatically
   edit the `.htaccess` file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.

 * Hello, I will try all the things you list above,..
    in the meantime” I don;t 
   have a cache plug in — I will look to see if is there a way to do it manually?….

 * If you don’t have a cache plugin, or you don’t see a Clear/Purge/Flush Cache 
   button, you don’t have a cache to clear/purge/flush. 🙂
