“401: error” when trying to import
-
When using the Chrome Extension to import, after clicking on the Import button, I get a “401: error.” Here is a picture of the error: https://imgur.com/a/D5VgtOc
My site uses SSL and everything is set to https
I’ve disabled ALL plugins except these:
1) Maintenance Mode by SeedProd
2) AliExpress Plugin
3) Product Variation Swatches for WooCommerce
4) WooCommerce
5) WooCommerce ServicesI’ve paused using CloudFlare for my DNS.
REST API is enabled.
I’ve correctly entered in my domain name and key in the Extension Settings. I’ve tried it without www and it gives me a different error.
I’ve uninstalled the Chrome Extension and reinstalled it.
I’m using the latest versions of the Extension (1.0.1) and Plugin (1.0.2.1)
My host is SiteGround and they’ve said, “The 401 code means not authorized, seeing this code on https://thevibemate.com/wp-json/woocommerce_aliexpress_dropship/sync means that the plugin has not authenticated itself.”
What do you recommend? What else can I try? Desperately need this working asap.
