# 403 Error When Posting Certain Content

 * I’ve never had a problem with WordPress but,
    I’m trying to post a music review
   of a band… When I post the full review, it gives me a 403 Forbidden Error, but
   when I post the first paragraph it lets me preview/post it. I’ve deactivated 
   plugins and tried posting, still nothing, and then activated them again.

 * Have you tried:
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
