If you still cannot login to your website then delete the root .htaccess file in your website root folder. * Some hosts do not allow you to lock your root .htaccess file with 404 file permissions, but do allow 444 file permissions for the root .htaccess file. Delete your root .htaccess file and delete the wp-admin .htaccess file. Log back into your website. Delete the BPS plugin. Go to WordPress Settings >>> Permalinks and resave your permalinks.
