This is only when plugin organizer is installed?
Yes if I disable plugin organizer all is fine.
If under a page I keep ON all plugins all is fine too. I assume one or more plugins deactivated with PO activated is making permalink wrong. I should disable plugins one by one but I have 75+ plugins and the 404 errors are not immediate.
I tried load PO in 1st, and also last but no effect.
That’s why I asked you if there is a better way to debug it, a better method to find out which plugin is doing that….

No. Trial and error is the best way to troubleshoot. Start with plugins that you know change the permalink.
