# 404 Cpanel Error

 * Hello,
 * Thank you for the time and effort.
 * I did the external setup.
 * My config is:
 * novoservices.net should point to [http://www.tlt-llc.com/novo-services/](http://www.tlt-llc.com/novo-services/)
 * It was working when I add the novoservices.net as alias domain then I realized
   I need to add it as an addon domain to get a separate SSL certificate for novoservices.
   net
 * I haven’t installed the SSL yet for the new domain.
 * After I added as an addon domain it stopped working and now it shows a 404 Cpanel
   error.
 * This is how the config looks like:
 * The domain is pointing to the same document root

 * since this is related to a change in your hosting environment you will have to
   look for the solution there. do you have any chance to enable ssl for an alias
   domain?

    I was able to resolve with my
   hosting provider so the domain mapping is working right now.
