# 404 element not loading

 * I’ve been having a 404 console error throughout the whole site due to a not loading
   asset from hustler pop up, I imagine. That’s the one feature I’m currently using.
   
   Can you pls indicate what could be the solution for this? See error below:

       ```

 * Possible to provide the popup export, so that we could have a better idea regarding
   the 404 noticed?

 * To investigate this issue further, I imported the pop-up to a test website at
   my end but was unable to replicate the issue.
 * Could you please try re-install the plugin and check if that helps to resolve
   the issue?
