# 404 error

 * First of all, I am a big fan of this plugin.
 * When I create a download link, it works as expected for an hour and then it starts
   to show 404 error.
 * I thought it may be caused by cache plugin and I added exclusion for /download
   patch but the problem persists.
 * Could you please help me to solve this problem?

 * This is strange. Can you disable all other plugins including any caching and 
   then test again?

 * Hello,
 * I solved the problem by renaming the folder that has the files in my FTP account.
 * The problem was probably because the name of folder (“download”) and automatically
   created links by the plugin (www.domain.com/download) were the same.
