404 Error After FTP Backup Upload

    Hi, I was trying to use the normal Import feature but it failed and instructed me to try the Backups method. After uploading my .wpress exported file to the /public_html/wp-content/ai1wm-backups directory, the entire site went down and I receive 404 errors for every page.

    When I deleted the .wpress file from the FTP directory, the site is still down.

    I contacted my webhost, Liquidweb, and they assured me that everything is fine on the server side and that it must be a plug-in conflict or some other wordpress issue.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    How does the homepage look like?
    Does it show 404 Not Found everywhere?
