# 404 error, help!

 * I purchased the site redirect for $13 so that my old blog azcubed.wordpress.com,
   would be redirected to my new blog, Domesticsuperhero.com.
 * Whenever I click an old link to my blog, it brings me to the new blog, but with
   a ‘not found 404’ error. How can I fix this? If I can’t get people redirected
   to my links, this is pointless. Help!!

 * The blog I need help with is domesticsuperhero.com.
 * I have noticed that the problem is likely the links, that they are not exactly
   the same…for example:

 * [http://domesticsuperhero.com/basket-liner/](http://domesticsuperhero.com/basket-liner/)
 * For some reason when I uploaded my wordpress.com to my new site, they took out
   all those automated dates that wordpress.com had put into my posts. I tried to
   add the dates into the new blog links, but it will not let me add a slash (/)
   into the link!!! Can someone please help me?? I posted over at wordpress.com,
   but they told me to post here since it is a self hosted blog.

 * Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings-
   > Permalinks. If this works, then review [Using_Permalinks](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks)
   before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

 * I went to settings and noticed there was an option to put the /date/ into the
   permalink!! Thanks!! It is working now!~
