404 Error Pages

Hi there,

I’m currently running a wordpress install inside my root directory – then I also have another installation which is within a subdirectory. What I’m finding is that the installation inside the subdirectory is inheriting the error 404 page from the root. Is there anything I can put in either the root.htaccess file or the one in the subdirectory to stop this happening or is there anything else which I can modify?
