# 404 Error when saving Doc

 * When I come to save a new document I get a 404 error. The url is given as:
    [https://explore.scimednet.org/docs/troubleshooting-explore-server-2/](https://explore.scimednet.org/docs/troubleshooting-explore-server-2/)(
   the 2 is there because I tried twice I assume).
 * WP version 4.4.2.
 * Permalinks are set to /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
 * Can you help please?
