# 404 Error with saving variable product

 * I am working on a variable product in Woocommerce. There are about 50 or so variations
   that I want. I have done this many times before with a smaller number of attributes,
   and it has worked fine. So I am unsure what the problem is now…
 * I click on Add New product
    I add my attributes correctly I select them for variations
   and to show on the page I manually add the variations or do a ‘link all’ I press
   Save draft
 * then I get a 404 error page
 * If I preview the product, it does not give an error, but the attributes are not
   available in the drop down menu.
    Permalinks set to ‘post name’ and ‘custom’ 
   base
 * Please help!

 * To this day I do not know what the problem was. I talked out the problem with
   my boyfriend, and it one day it just worked.
