 * Hello, i have an issue with the plugin.
   I believe it started when i changed
   my image upload path to a subdomain. I checked for the files that are givingthe
   404 error and they appear to be at the path theyre being looked for, but i still
   have an issue.Not sure how to go about fixing this. Ive disabled the plugin as
   that fixed my website for the time being.
 * Attached is the 404 error with the path seeking the file and my media filepaths.

 * Hello [@archfabricationandmachine](https://wordpress.org/support/users/archfabricationandmachine/),
 * I would recommend updating the Full URL path to use only the sub-domain without
   the wp-content part. Once you do so flush the generated cache and assets using
   the Purge Cache option in the admin menu. Something else I would strongly recommend
   is removing the screenshot from the post as it contains sensitive information
   about your website.

 * When i use only the subdomain without the wp-content part, all of my images disappear
   in the filebird app under media. It shows the places for them, but the images
   don’t show up.
   Doesn’t seem i can edit my post, but i linked those images from
   my website, so i deleted them, but they still show up. I checked the file manager
   in siteground and the images are deleted, But i can still point my browser to
   their address. Strange.

 * Most likely you would have to perform a search and replace to update the information
   in the database of the website as well. Keep in mind that existing images and
   content most likely still uses the old paths. Just make sure to create a backup
   of the database before you perform the search and replace.

 * So to get this plug-in to work properly, AND serve images from subdomain, how
   exactly does media need to be configured?
 * Since my website is small, I’m considering delete info all of my images/media
   and re-uploading to ensure they’re all on the correct path.
 * also is there a reason why I’ve deleted the images in this post from my hosting
   yet they are still being served at their web address?

 * Hello [@archfabricationandmachine](https://wordpress.org/support/users/archfabricationandmachine/),
 * After previewing the case I confirm SiteGround Optimizer is compatible with WordPress
   sites that use a custom upload folder, but as long as it is located inside the
   document root folder of the application. In this particular case, the static
   content is uploaded to the document root folder of a subdomain, which interferes
   with the Combine CSS and JS functions.
 * I have already reported the issue to our developers. They will preview it as
   soon as possible and confirm if this could be achieved with SiteGround Optimizer.
 * In the meantime, I would advise you to keep the Combine CSS and Combine JS features
   disabled.
 * In regards to the deleted image, I confirm it has been removed from the origin
   server, but it still appears here as it has already been uploaded to the WordPress
   forum. What Simeon meant was that you try to edit your reply here in the forum,
   if possible, and remove the image.

 * Can you confirm that the field “Store uploads in this folder” should be populated
   as “/home/customer/www/subdomain.domain.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/”?

   And the “Full URL path to files” field should be populated as “[https://sub.domain.com/wp-content/uploads&#8221](https://sub.domain.com/wp-content/uploads&#8221);?
   Set up this way, my images upload to the correct folder, and display properly
   in my website. Is this all correct?

 * Hi [@archfabricationandmachine](https://wordpress.org/support/users/archfabricationandmachine/),
 * Yes, the configuration seems to be correct. However, as my colleague already
   mentioned, you will not be able to use the CSS/JS Combination functionality of
   our plugin with such a configuration.

 * No problem. Understood. Just wanted to make sure my configuration was correct
   to avoid any other possible issues.
 * thanks!
