 * I cant work out how to submit data from forms. What should the action of my form
   be? i keep getting 404 errors

 * You should use submit action to submit the form and post method to post the form.
   Sample code for both would be as follows :-

 * Sorry should have been more specific. I can always right forms that work. But
   for some reason its not working this time.
 * if i type in: [http://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add](http://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add)
 * the page shows correctly, but if i submit form data to:
    [http://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add](http://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add)
 * then i get a 404, you can test it for yoursleves at that address
