Hey there mtorb4152,
Hope you’re well today 🙂
Message appears since they’re redirected to a page that apparently doesn’t exist.
Does this happen after they sign up for a membership or after they log in every time? Also can you add more info on redirect option and what you were using there so I can try to recreate it on my sandbox site?
Best regards,
Bojan
Hi Bojan
This happens every time they log in, not when they sign up.
For the redirect: Under settings, redirect, after login. The address I set as
the login redirect is http://thefitnp.com/coach-guides-time-savers/
I still receive the 404 error with this redirect.
Im sure I changed something and I’m not sure how to fix it. 🙂 I’m just a guy with a computer trying to make a website.
Thanks
Hey again mtorb4152,
Can you please try flushing permalinks (go to Settings -> Permalinks and re save the settings.)
Also if that doesn’t help can you please try testing for possible conflicts. To do that please try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Hi Bojan
Thanks for all the help. I have the issue fixed. I removed and reinstalled the plugin. I then was able to change the url in the widget area to my specified page. I didn’t even know there was an option to do that in the widget. I’m sure I made this way more difficult than it should have been. 🙂
Awesome plugin, I love that you can protect menu items!
Hey mtorb4152,
Awesome job on managing to fix it 🙂 Also glad you’re liking the plugin!
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Cheers,
Bojan
