# 404 problem

 * When somebody try to subscribe to comments without commenting, they will be send
   to a 404-page.
    I have checked all my settings, and they are similar to the settings
   I have on another domain without problems. Can somebody help?

 * Can you share how do you have the **permalink** structure on the WordPress Settings
   as well as the value of **Management URL** on the plugin settings?
 * Also, are you using Virtual Management Page? Is enable? If you are not using 
   it please disable it.

 * Permalinks are set to: /%category%/%postname%.html
 * Management URL: <p class=’comment-form-subscriptions’><label for=’subscribe-reloaded’
   >[checkbox_field] [checkbox_label]</label></p>
 * Virtual Management Page is already disabled
 * Subscriptions has worked earlier. I have received some subscriptions, but suddenly
   it stopped working.

 * On Management URL paste this:
 * `/manage-subscriptions/post.html`
 * This is according to your Permalink structure.
 * So **manage-subscriptions** would by like the category name
 * **post.html** is a fake page, StCR creates the page virtually.
 * You will get a link like this:
 * [http://localdev/wp.4.1.1/manage-subscriptions/post.html?srp=40&srk=8fe1287760b133aa2dfb9e7f1d187505](http://localdev/wp.4.1.1/manage-subscriptions/post.html?srp=40&srk=8fe1287760b133aa2dfb9e7f1d187505)

 * I also have the same problem. I use the wp no category base plugin on my site,
   which means none of my posts have the category slug (which is ‘review’ btw) in
   the url. also my post permalink follows this structure:
 * /%postname%.php

 * Just use /%postname%.html and enable the Virtual Management Page. If your issue
   persist please open a new issue since this is already resolved.
