406 error with saving in elementor

I was working with elementor when suddenly i discovered that i can no longer save my changes made using elementor. This has been going on for days. Eventually i asked my hosting provider to delete or reset the cpanel whereby i lost all data.
Now i started the design afresh using astra theme. The error surfaced again. i really need help as i am fed up.
