# 429 Errors

 * Hi guys, I’m finding that I’m consistently getting 429 server errors which result
   in the images stalling while loading.
 * It doesn’t seem to matter whether I’m using the free or paid versions of the 
   plugin. Neither does it seem to matter if I change the conversion method.
 *     ```
       Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()
       webpc-passthru.php:1
   
       Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()
       /wp/wp-content/webpc-passthru.php?src=https://xxx.xxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/communicating-with-millennials-50x28.png&nocache=1:1
       ```
   
 * Any ideas on how I can fix this please?

 * Thanks for your message.
 * This problem is likely due to some restrictions on your hosting. I recommend 
   using via .htaccess instead of Pass Thru. This is available in the advanced plugin
   settings. That should fix your problem.
