 * Hi, the various frames in the “Dashboard” there is a strange combination of the
   number 5.9 (the current WP version) and a drawing. Eventually it is a pair of
   balloons with the number inside of them. see attached. it is in two blogs of 
   mine, also after disabling any chrome extensions. Any idea what is it?

 * Looking into it the images source is originating from /wp-admin/images/about-
   header-about.svg

   up and didn’t actually push the latest version. Version 3.8.4 will be the one
   to fix it 🙂

 * [@mrblista](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mrblista/) this plugin uses some
   default WordPress classes to display the white boxes on the plugins’ dashboard,
   but with WordPress 5.9 they (WP) changed the style of those boxes to have a background
   image of 5.9 with two balloons (as you can see in the “Welcome to WordPress!”
   panel on your WP dashboard) so WordPress itself told my plugin to show those 
   images on all the boxes on the plugins’ dashboard.
