# 500 Admin Error When Enabled

 * I am getting a 500 server admin error when pixel caffeine is enabled. When it
   is disabled the site works again.
 * Debug shows the below errors – tried with 2 different versions of PHP.
 * I am not a dev to fix myself, but hope this is enough information to help replicate
   it 🙂
 * Wordpress Version 4.9.6
    Pixel Caffeine 2.0.4 Woocommerce 3.4.1 Google Chrome

 * This was also output, not sure if there’s an incompatibility, I did however disable
   GDPR framework and enable Pixel and the error still persisted.

 * thanks for the full details of this issue, much appreciated.
 * It seems that an important file of the plugin does not exist, but it should be
   there. Could you please try to remove the plugin and install it again? Maybe 
   something went wrong during the download.

 * Thanks that seems to have fixed the issue. Site was copied over by company to
   a new vps, I guess some files were not copied completely.
 * Bit worried now – I wonder what else has not copied over successfully? Anyway
   thanks for the advice.
