# 500 internal server error – request timeout

 * hi,
 * every time i try to run a backup job, the page takes forever to load then comes
   up with –
 * 500 internal server error – request timeout
 * any ideas what could be causing this?
 * i deactivated all plugins and tried again, no luck.

 * disregard the post, i solved the issue. i reinstalled the plugin and setup a 
   new job and it appears to work fine now.
 * i think because i migrated the site from my local dev server to the live site
   there were some issues with directories changing.

 * Hello,
    Please have a look to job setting or Log settings if there a / only specified
   as path ?
 * I have improved the code a bit so that hopfule comes a error message with the
   next release if threr a path false configured.
