 * Hi,
    First of all the plugin is great and works as expected no issues at all
   there.Thanks for that 🙂
 * Now, this morning I was looking at my site logs and noticed a small increase
   in the 5xx errors, looking with more close attention I noticed that they came
   from .jpgs related to the download link I have in my site.
 * Its not too bad, but just wondering if theres anything I can do?
 * The link that gives the error, for example is: [https://byroberta.design//wp-content/uploads/dae-uploads/Birthday-Scavanger-Hunt-1-pdf-300×212.jpg](https://byroberta.design//wp-content/uploads/dae-uploads/Birthday-Scavanger-Hunt-1-pdf-300×212.jpg)
 * Looking at the error log I don’t see anything too much out of the ordinary besides:
 * `byroberta.design/wp-content/uploads/dae-uploads/.htaccess: <IfModule takes one
   argument, Container for directives based on existence of specified modules`
 * Any ideas?
 * Thanks for the help.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2F500-internal-server-errors-4%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi,
 * Thank you, we appreciate it! 🙂
 * Files in the dae-uploads folder are protected against direct access via the .
   htaccess file in this folder, so your download files cannot be downloaded without
   using your download forms. Direct access should therefore result in a 403 forbidden
   error, rather than a 5** error.
 * There may be a syntax error in your .htaccess file. If a 5** error occurs without
   the use of this .htaccess file, you may want to take a closer look at other .
   htaccess files (maybe in your WordPress uploads folder?).
 * Kind regards,
    Team Download After Email
