I use Mainwp for managing my sites. When maintenance mode is activated it cannot access any child site that is in maintenance mode. I contacted their plugin support and was told that your plugin issues a 503 error code under those circumstances. This prevents me from getting my sites update which is obviously critical. If you need the IP addresses, ask their support team. * **Later edit:** My bad.
