 * **After troubleshooting by deactivating and activating all my plugins one by 
   one several times and discussing the issue with my web host** I can confirm that
   this plugin causes “504 Gateway Time-Out” error. Whenever this plugin is activated
   I cannot activate or create posts without getting the error.
    I can also add 
   that I have several domains that result in the same error with this plugin and
   gives no errors when the plugin is deactivated.

   WordPress admin under Tools, please check Site Health and check if your site 
   is able to perform loopback requests.
