504 Gateway Timeout

Dear Visser Labs,

I use a free version of Store Exporter.
The server service company picked up the execution time to the maximum, but it is still 504 returns an error to the website.

The export will only work if I export 3-4 category at a time, but not so good for me.

What could be the solution?

Hi Des1gnR, can you confirm what export type this is happening for, what version of WooCommerce you have and how many Products you have in your store?

Hi Des1gnR, easy, I can see your settings, you will need to check with your hosting provider what the limit is set to as you should be able to export thousands of categories before hitting a limit of 60 seconds.

Hi Des1gnR, there’s not much I can do for free support. It works for many others so something is different in your hosting setup. Consider upgrading to our Pro Plugin and raising a Premium Support issue with us.
