_ft_bufferapp_profiles fill in, but no posts

Sometimes when I post, I get _ft_bufferapp_posted but no _ft_bufferapp_profiles

Sometimes I get _ft_bufferapp_posted and many _ft_bufferapp_profiles, but nothing shows up in my buffer queue.

Sometimes it just works.

Where are some troubleshooting steps I should take?
