# $_SESSION variables

 * I want to store a variable from one page to the next.
    In normal PHP I’d hold
   in in $_SESSION.
 * This doesn’t work, and there appears to be no ‘session_start’ call in the PHP
   code.
 * I seem to remember reading somewhere there is an alternative within WordPress,
   but I can’t find the reference
 * What is the recommended way of holding Session info, or can someone point me 
   at the right documentation.
