# A 404 problem

 * When trying to access [http://mikhail.garandou.ru/2005/07/03/wp1513/](http://mikhail.garandou.ru/2005/07/03/wp1513/)
   I always get a 404 error. What can be the reason?

 * I tried to reproduce the same error, i.e. creating a post titled exactly as yours
   on a testbed. I got a different permalink for it: “wp-1513” instead of “wp1513”
   what you have.
    What if you change the title? I was thinking there might be something
   related to the plugin the converts the Cyrillic titles into Latin characters 
   for URIs…

 * Sorry, forgot to mention it. Yes, I’ve changed the permalink. Just for testing
   purposes.
    Either “wp-1513” or “wp1513” – it doesn’t work.
 * About plugin – I don’t think so, because all the previous entries work fine.
