 * Hi, I don’t know how to post a possible bug…and to whom?
 * In the admin>write>post screen, If you delete an image/file from the <browse>
   menu, the <upload> tab is lost – gonzo – never to return. Until I save the post,
   close the write screen, and re-open.

 * I am trying to reproduce the error on a local WP install… but I can’t.
 * I select an image, click the Edit link and then I click on the appearing Delete
   button.
    The image is gone but the Upload tab is still there.

 * Thanks Moshu. It wouldnt’ surprise me if it is a permissions type thing – my 
   host is upgrading servers and changing the php version too! 🙁
    I can work around
   it.
