    Hi team,

    First of all, I just want to say thank you for building such an awesome plugin. Everything has been working really smoothly, and I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail that’s gone into it. The quiz feature especially is super helpful, and the certificate generation is a nice touch — well done!

    I do have one small request. I’m currently using a plugin to remove unused images, and I noticed that it tends to delete any image that’s not directly used in pages or posts. That includes the background image I uploaded for certificates in the quiz section.

    Since the plugin can’t detect that the image is being used in a certificate, it marks it as unused and deletes it. It’s not a huge issue if I only have one certificate, but it becomes a challenge when I’m managing multiple certificates with different background designs.

    Would it be possible to make those images recognized as “in use” in some way, so they don’t get mistakenly removed?

    Could you please let us know which plugin you’re referring to?
    We’d are ready to test the case on our end as well. From what we understand so far, the issue may not be coming from our plugin, so it might not be something we can fix directly.

    We’ll be able to give you a more accurate response once we know exactly which plugin you are referring to.

    In the meantime, we also recommend reaching out to the support team of that specific plugin and describing the issue to them. They might have an option or setting that would allow you to exclude the images you mentioned or achieve the functionality you’re looking for.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I want to mention that the issue doesn’t come from our plugin. The background picture is used only while generating the certificate, and most likely due to that, it is classified as an unused image.

    In the Media Cleaner plugin, we found such an option to exclude some pictures and do not delete them.

    Please try this option and check the case again. However, if it does not work for this case, we recommend further contacting the Media Cleaner support team to find out how to exclude certain images, as this is out of the scope of our plugin.
