You mean hiring people to leave good or bad reviews? Those people are banned from WordPress when we catch ’em.
If you look at a plugin’s page (eg http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/eshop/ ), you’ll see that each of the star rating has the number of people who applied that rating. Soi that information is already present.
no i suggested add phrase “based on xxx ratings” under stars of each plugins on “Install Plugins” page for do faster
