 * Hi there,
 * The “A timeout occurred Error code 524” typically means that Cloudflare was unable
   to establish a connection to your server within the time limit. This can be due
   to various reasons, including server overload, long-running processes, or issues
   with the server configuration. An Elementor update might exacerbate or reveal
   these issues, especially if the update is resource-intensive.
 * Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
    1.  **Check Server Resources**:
    2. - Ensure your server has enough resources (CPU, RAM) to handle the increased
           load from the Elementor update.
         - Check server logs for any errors or warnings that might indicate resource
           constraints.
    3.  **Increase Server Timeout Limits**:
    4. - Increase the PHP execution time limit in your `php.ini` file by setting `
           max_execution_time` to a higher value.
         - Similarly, increase the timeout limits for your web server (Apache or Nginx).
    5.  **Optimize Elementor Settings**:
    6. - Go to Elementor settings and try disabling unused features or addons to
           reduce the load.
         - Use Elementor’s built-in tools to regenerate CSS files and sync library,
           which might help improve performance.
    7.  **Update Cloudflare Settings**:
    8. - Adjust the timeout settings in your Cloudflare dashboard. Cloudflare has
           a default timeout limit of 100 seconds; increasing this can sometimes help.
    9.  **Check for Conflicts**:
    10. - Deactivate other plugins to see if there’s a conflict causing the timeout.
         - Switch to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persists.
    11. **Contact Hosting Provider**:
    12. - Reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can offer any insights
           or assistance. They might be able to help optimize the server or provide
           more resources.
 * Additional Troubleshooting Steps
    - **Clear Cache**: Clear any caching mechanisms you have in place, including
      WordPress cache, server cache, and Cloudflare cache.
    - **Debug Mode**: Enable WordPress debug mode to log detailed errors which can
      help in identifying the exact issue.
    - **Rollback Update**: If the issue persists, consider rolling back to the previous
      version of Elementor until a permanent fix is found.
 * Hope this will help

 * I tried most of them. the website works fine if I deactivate the Elementor Pro
   plugin. Elementor plugin is making the site slow and got this timeout error.

 * it’s still there if the page containing the table of data, the page doesn’t open
   and gets error 503 or 524 (if Cloudflare) after a few minutes of loading

 * Hi [@hunbi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hunbi/),
   Thank you for keeping
   in touch.
 * I’d also suggest to try out Safe Mode. Go to Elementor > tools , choose “enable”
   to the Safe Mode setting, and click save changes.
 * “Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from
   all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
 * Read about the feature here: [https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/](https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/)
 * If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue,
   try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.
 * Hope it helps.

 * Editing the page on the Elementor is fine, the problem is that the page which
   contains some tables and a bit of data is not loading at the front end. I disabled
   all plugins and found that Elementor was causing the problem since the last update.
   That is why I’m contacting you.
