Hi @vinicius23,
Sorry, but I don’t get you. Could you please provide a bit more details about the scenario?
Anyway, the plugin starts tracking once the email address is added. Refer to this screenshot, please. Even when the visitor hasn’t added anything to the Checkout page but the email address.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
That’s right, the plugin only tracks when an email address is entered. Other plugins, however, track even a simple addition to the cart, even if the user doesn’t reach the checkout page. This is convenient because it allows you to understand which products are most popular. Obviously, in this case, the plugin can’t and shouldn’t send emails, because visitors haven’t reached the checkout page. Why not add tracking for all carts, even those that can’t be recovered?
Hi @vinicius23,
Well, I would say that the scenario you shared is different from the main purpose of this plugin, and this sounds like a feature request.
I suggest you visit our Ideas Board and add your feature request or vote if the same feature request exists.
Since this is not an issue, I am marking this thread as Resolved
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
This type of tracking would only work for logged in users, while the general case is covered by Google Analytics and other tracking methods.
