 * Hi all,
 * I have setup 2 roles, Writer and Editor.
    Writer grant following capabilities:
   edit_pages, read, delete_pages, edit_published_pages
 * Editor grants all capabilities on pages.
 * The Writer will create the page and “Submit for Review”, then the Editor will
   Publish that Page. This flow is normal.
 * Writer has edit_published_pages capability, so that the user can update the published
   page directly.
 * Is there any way to allow writer edit published page(owner) but required to approve
   the publishing of the changes?
 * That means any changes in the own pages(even published page) need submit for 
   review first instead of update it directly.

 * Thanks Harshal Limaye.
    This plugin is doing what i want, but seems do not support
   custom fields. It can not see custom fields when edits revision.
