# About comment bubble

 * Hi, I’ve recently installed your plugin, and it’s great! However, after testing“
   Comment bubble” option, I noticed, that it’s not shown on my mobile device. But
   it is shown on my laptop. Is it made by purpose, that it’s shown only for certain
   devices / certain screen width? If yes, then what exact settings are used?
 * And also I noticed, that this comment bubble is not shown immediately – I have
   to visit second page of my website for the bubble to be shown. Again: is it made
   by purpose, or something is wrong? And can it be related to the fact, that I’ve
   removed REST API link tag from my website?

 * I’ve just tried to explore the problems, and understood something:
    1. The comment bubble didn’t dissappear for mobile devices. It was hidden under
       my fixed notification bar at the bottom of screen. Afted I’ve added this code,
       it was fixed: **[@media](https://wordpress.org/support/users/media/) screen 
       and (max-width:1024px) {#wpd-bubble-wrapper {margin-bottom:100px;}}**
    2. The “comment bubble is not shown immediately” actually is deeper: it is not 
       shown on certain pages of my website. It happens, because for some reason there
       is **display: none;** rule added sometimes for #wpd-bubble-wrapper (I didn’t
       add it). For example, here is a page with “display: block”: [https://ibb.co/JpX8jz5](https://ibb.co/JpX8jz5).
       And here is a page with “display: none”: [https://ibb.co/RQcFngb](https://ibb.co/RQcFngb).
       I fixed it, by adding this code: **wpd-bubble-wrapper {display:block;}** . But
       you should still check the issue.
