hello, the um profile area in the picture is black area rough and empty
And no matter what I do, I can’t put a profile photo, I upload it, I update it, but it doesn’t show at all.

Hi,

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Have you tried using a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021 and see if the issue still occurs?

Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? The latest version is 2.1.21.
