# About reporting problems with Trackserver

 * This is just a small post to make it easier for me to help anyone that has a 
   problem with Trackserver.
 * If you think something in Trackserver doesn’t work, please always specify the
   following information:
 * – PHP version
    – WordPress version – Operating System (Linux/Windows/…) – Webserver(
   Apache/Nginx/…)
 * Please note that Trackserver needs at least PHP 5.3 (even though WordPress itself
   can run on 5.2) and you should keep your WordPress up to date.

 * I can’t stress this enough. Trackserver NEEDS PHP >= 5.3 to work.
 * Please DO NOT ASK FOR SUPPORT if you run PHP 5.2 or lower.
 * I mean it.
