It sounds like you have a JavaScript issue in your WP Admin dashboard.
If you install the “Debug Bar” plugin and activate it https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/debug-bar/ it will tell you what the culprit is…
Please give that a shot and let me know if you have any luck!
The “Debug Bar” didn’t work at all. As a mutter in fact many people have the same problem and submit to developer.
I’m trying to help you figure out the problem here… Are you able to test the plugin without any others active?
Yes I did. I created a new WordPress installation in a testing computer with only “google places reviews” activated and it doesn’t show anything under Settings>About.
Hi @vasilissk,
We aren’t able to reproduce your problem at all, but we did just push an update out. Try updating and let us know if that resolves the issue for you.
The problem didn’t fixed at all with the new version. In order to replicate the problem re-install the WP 3.2.1 and activate only the google-places-reviews. The result is an empty screen under Settings>About.

Oh my goodness, WP 3.2.1!? That’s an important detail. I didn’t notice that in the details to the right. Most likely that is also why you had trouble with Debug Bar (which is actually a very stable and reliable tool).
Our plugin wasn’t around when 3.2.1 was prevalent. I’m sorry but we can’t support that. On the plugin screen you can see that it says “Requires 3.8 or higher”.
Out of curiosity, why haven’t you updated even to 3.7 or something a bit more modern and stable?
I have other plugins modified to work with 3.2.1 only and don’t work properly with higher versions because updates are not available.
