about the commission priority

    Hello:

    What‘s the commission priority for catagory, vendor and flat, if settings are all different for them, which will override which? another question if I set parent catagory commission will it apply for the child catagory?

    Hello @xiaolllll,

    Dokan offers four types of commission, with two available in the free version of the plugin and the other two in the pro version. According to the forum guidelines, we are unable to discuss the premium features of a plugin within this forum.

    In the free version of Dokan, you can use the Vendor Wise Commission and Global Commission options. Please note that Vendor Wise Commission takes priority over the Global Commission. For more information on how these work, you can check out the documentation here.

    Regarding your question about whether a commission set for a child category applies to its parent category, this functionality falls under the pro version of Dokan, and we’re unable to provide details in this forum.

    Is it possible to add pic or video when adding product in the editor, I didn’t find the way in my local admin or in the official screenshot

    By default, there is no option to add pictures or videos when uploading a product. Enabling this feature for vendors will require advanced customization. We recommend consulting a professional WordPress customization expert for assistance with this customization.
