 * Are you experiencing server-side errors when you’re processing Ajax?
    If you 
   can view the server side error log, check to see if there are any errors that
   might be causing the error.

 * No.
    Error logs for web servers such as Apache and Nginx. You may be able to 
   download it from the control panel of the hosting service.
